The Bausch Arti-Fol roll is an extremely thin (8µm) polyester occlusion film, designed to accurately detect even the smallest premature contacts measured in microns, which are often difficult to spot on ceramic or polished metal surfaces. Its ink layer, only 6µm thick and composed of wax and pigment, includes hydrophilic components that significantly improve color transfer, even on moist occlusal surfaces. Supplied as a 20m roll, 22mm wide, in a convenient plastic dispenser, it is available in single-sided or double-sided versions, as well as in several colors (red, blue, green, black), allowing sequential checking of static and then dynamic occlusion using different shades.
