UnoDent anaesthesia syringe (ref. ASB109AA) made of stainless steel, breech-loading, designed to hold a 1.8mL anaesthetic cartridge.
Self-aspirating version: the plunger mechanism (tip designed to firmly engage the cartridge stopper) allows, as soon as pressure on the thumb ring is released after injection, a slight negative pressure to build automatically, aspirating to check for blood in the cartridge without needing to manually pull back the plunger. This systematic check reduces the risk of accidental intravascular injection of the anaesthetic.
Reusable and autoclave sterilizable.
