This OT7-20 tip from Mectron is an extended (20mm) variant of the OT7 family, with a 0.6mm-thick blade, for deeper bone access.
It is indicated for ridge expansion, corticotomy, bone block harvesting (chin, mandibular ramus), and in orthognathic surgery procedures such as Le Fort I osteotomy or BSSO (bilateral sagittal split osteotomy).
Its high-efficiency cutting mode makes it suited to complex procedures.
Important: this tip must only be tightened with the K8 torque wrench, never another wrench.
