The Mectron IM3.4A implant preparation tip (manufacturer reference 03510027) is a Ø 3.4mm tip designed for implant site preparation, by bone perforation.
It allows widening or finishing implant site preparation in the maxilla, with dual irrigation to prevent overheating.
Its surface is coated with titanium nitride. It sits between the IM3A (Ø 3mm) and the IM4A in the progression of drilling diameters.
