KaVo PiezoLED Inserts are designed for use with PiezoLED and PiezoSoft ultrasonic handpieces, which feature a built-in LED ring illuminating the working field for better visibility during scaling. Three references are available to choose from, each suited to a different clinical use: insert 201 is a universal insert for supragingival scaling; insert 202 removes supra- and subgingival deposits down to approximately 4mm pocket depth, particularly in interproximal areas; insert 203 is a fine periodontal insert, intended for deeper subgingival deposits and periodontal maintenance. Sold individually, choice of reference.
