The Tip G1 is an original NSK ultrasonic tip, part of the Varios range. It is a universal scaling tip, designed to effectively remove supragingival calculus from both anterior teeth and molars.
It is used by placing the tip against the tooth surface and performing movements along the tooth, ideally using the lateral surface of the tip (2-3mm from the tip end), for optimal effectiveness. It also removes marginal gingival calculus and gingival biofilm from the sulcus, on both single-rooted and multi-rooted teeth.
It fits onto NSK Varios generators (Varios 750, 560, 350, 970, 370), as well as ACTEON-compatible thread systems, such as the P-Max XS.
