The DENTOCLIC cylindro-conical wedge is a calibrated piece used during the impression stage, alongside the post of the same colour. The stainless-steel version is used chairside by the practitioner to preserve space for the cementing agent; the burn-out version is used by the laboratory technician to compensate for volumetric changes in the material when casting the post-and-core. Both versions are 22mm long and follow the same colour code as the posts, with a slightly reduced diameter on the burn-out side: white (Ø1.2mm stainless steel / Ø1.15mm burn-out), yellow (Ø1.3mm / Ø1.25mm), red (Ø1.4mm / Ø1.35mm), blue (Ø1.5mm / Ø1.45mm), green (Ø1.6mm / Ø1.55mm) and black (Ø1.7mm / Ø1.65mm). Sold in a refill of 10 units for stainless steel and 20 units for burn-out.
