GuttaFlow Bioseal combines gutta-percha and sealer in a single application, automatically mixed through this brown tip before cold placement into the root canal. What sets this system apart from a conventional sealer is its bioactive nature: on contact with body fluids, hydroxyapatite crystals form, a natural component of bone and tooth tissue, actively supporting periapical tissue healing.
The material offers good flow and useful radiopacity for radiographic monitoring, while remaining nearly insoluble once set, for a lasting canal seal. Its high biocompatibility, combined with a slight pH increase during setting, makes it a system accessible to both experienced and less experienced practitioners.
