Extraction Tip EX3 - 1pcs - MECTRON

Shaped as an angled flat chisel, the EX3 is an extraction tip designed for Mectron Piezosurgery handpieces. Its angled geometry makes it easier to reach the posterior areas of the arch, where the angulation of a straight tip becomes an obstacle. It performs root osteoplasty, a gradual remodelling of the peri-radicular bone, before or during tooth extraction. It works in a similar way to the EX1, but its specific angle makes it the natural complement to that tip for treating the upper and lower molar and premolar regions. The active surface features a titanium nitride coating, which improves the tip's wear resistance while preserving the cutting precision typical of Piezosurgery technology. Like other Mectron surgical tips, it is reusable after sterilisation, for repeated use across procedures.
