The Woodpecker AP-B combines an ultrasonic scaler and a dual-function air-polisher (supra-gingival and sub-gingival) in a single device, for comprehensive professional oral hygiene.
The ultrasonic module is compatible with DTE by Woodpecker / Satelec inserts, operating at a frequency of 30 ± 5 kHz with precise movement amplitude (max. 100µm ± 50%), for an output power of 3 to 20W. Its detachable, autoclavable LED handpiece features a reservoir compatible with all rinsing solutions.
The air-polishing module offers two dedicated handpieces (supra-gingival AP-1 and sub-gingival AP-2), lightweight and modular in 3 detachable parts for simplified maintenance. Central powder distribution, surrounded by a water jet, ensures maximum precision; a transparent reservoir lets you monitor the remaining powder level. The operating mode is selected automatically based on the connected handpiece.
Pack contents: 2 powder reservoirs (supra- and sub-gingival), 2 water reservoirs (700ml and 1500ml), 2 air-polishing handpieces (AP-1, AP-2), 1 ultrasonic handpiece (HD-8L), and 7 inserts covering all clinical needs: GD1 (supra-gingival deposits, all areas), GD4 (interproximal tartar and sulcus), GD5 (tartar, all quadrants), PD1 (sub-gingival cleaning/irrigation), PD3 (deep periodontal pockets), PD4 (shallow periodontal pockets), PD6 (hard-to-reach areas).
