Ultrasonic Scaling Tip No.1 - ACTEON

The ACTEON Ultrasonic Scaling Tip No.1 is used with ACTEON's Suprasson and Newtron ultrasonic generators, which rely on piezoelectric technology delivering stable vibration regardless of the pressure applied to the tip, for consistent calculus removal. This is the first-intention, universal supragingival tip, designed for simple cases of supragingival gross scaling. It belongs to Acteon's color-coded tip range (Color Coding™), where each ring color corresponds to a recommended generator power setting. Blue-ring tip, recommended use: Power 14, Irrigation medium spray. The built-in irrigation (Spray Control System), enhances the cavitation effect, helping to loosen biofilm while cooling the working area. The tip is used with a tangential orientation relative to the tooth surface, applying a back-and-forth sweeping motion to detach or expel calculus while preserving the enamel. Made from surgical stainless steel compliant with ASTM F899, it is compatible with original ACTEON generators.
