The Implant Protect IP3L tip from ACTEON is designed for cleaning and maintaining implant surfaces. Its pointed, tapered end sets it apart from the rest of the Implant Protect range: while the IP1 features a wide tip for abutments and large threads, and the IP2L/IP2R a bent tip suited to medium-diameter threads, the IP3L specifically targets narrow implant threads, enabling precise debridement even in the hardest-to-reach areas.
Made of pure titanium, this material ensures optimal compatibility with titanium implant surfaces, avoiding any risk of scratching or galvanic contamination. The IP3L forms a left/right pair with the IP3R, allowing complete access around the implant regardless of the practitioner's working orientation.
This tip is used with an ACTEON-compatible ultrasonic generator for periodontal and peri-implant maintenance protocols, alongside manual debridement.
