The Mectron Endo Revision Tip ER4 (manufacturer reference 03450004) is an ultrasonic insert with a fine Ø 0.6mm tip, diamond-coated (D30 grit) over the last 5mm, with a working length of up to 20mm.
It allows locating calcified canal entrances as well as removing root elements and fractured inserts in the coronal third of the canal.
Its surface is coated with titanium nitride. With the same diameter as the ER3 but nearly double the working length, it allows deeper access within the coronal third.
