The Mectron EL2 elevation tip (manufacturer reference 03390002) is a sinus membrane separator angled at 105°.
It is a non-cutting elevator, designed for separating the sinus membrane in internal areas.
It complements the EL1 for the less accessible areas of the sinus cavity.
