The Mectron EL3 elevation tip (manufacturer reference 03390003) is a sinus membrane separator angled at 130°.
It is a non-cutting elevator, designed for membrane separation in internal areas, with a more pronounced angle than the EL2 (105°).
It allows access to the hardest-to-reach areas of the sinus cavity.
