The Mectron SLE2 elevation tip (manufacturer reference 03390008) is a sinus membrane elevator, designed to cut Sharpey's fibers of the endosteum.
It allows elevation of the sinus floor membrane, and is used to continue detachment from the palatal sinus wall, after the start made with the SLE1.
Its surface is coated with titanium nitride.
