The Mectron EN3 Endo Retro tip (manufacturer reference 02170005) is a diamond-coated endodontic insert with a Ø of 2.2mm, finer than the EN1 (Ø 3mm).
It is designed for apical root debridement, with thorough canal cleaning, on narrower canals.
Its diamond layer has a 30µm grit, and its surface is coated with titanium nitride.
