The Mectron EN4 Endo Retro tip (manufacturer reference 02170006) is a smooth (non-diamond) endodontic insert with a Ø of 2.2mm, finer than the EN2 (Ø 3mm).
It is designed for polishing apical root debridement, complementing the EN3 (diamond-coated) for finishing narrower canals.
Its surface is coated with titanium nitride.
