The K10-25 tips from ACTEON, sold in packs of 4, are steel K-type files, ISO size 10 (yellow color-coding), 25 mm in length, mounted on a body adaptable to the ultrasonic generator. This length, longer than the 21mm version, reaches longer canals during irrigation activation (saline, sodium hypochlorite), promoting deep decontamination of the canal network.
Their fine gauge also makes them suitable for orthograde retreatment, removing filling materials, as well as cleaning narrow canals during retrograde treatments, without risk of creating parietal microfissures thanks to controlled ultrasonic action. Used with an ACTEON-compatible ultrasonic generator.
