The P15LD endodontic microsurgery tip is a diamond-coated tip (30μm grit), left-oriented, with a 5mm active length and 7% taper, designed for use on an ACTEON-compatible ultrasonic generator.
It enables retrograde cavity preparation during apical surgery procedures (surgical endodontic retreatment), on premolar and molar canals, used alongside high magnification (microscope or loupes).
Recommended use at medium power with light pressure to preserve preparation accuracy.
