This OT14 tip from Mectron shares the same purpose as its OT13 counterpart for minimally invasive bone resection in periodontal surgery, but with a 2.3mm working diameter, 0.5mm larger, for bone contouring over broader surfaces.
It keeps the same 150 μm diamond coating and the same micrometric osteotomy or osteoplasty cutting mode.
Like other Piezosurgery tips, it ensures good tissue selectivity during cutting.
