The IM3.4P is a 3.4 mm diameter implant preparation tip, designed for sites requiring wider drilling, particularly for placing larger-diameter implants. It includes a double irrigation system that dissipates the heat generated by bone drilling, limiting the risk of thermal necrosis during site preparation, particularly in the posterior regions of the maxilla. Made for Mectron Piezosurgery handpieces, it features a titanium nitride coating that increases wear resistance, and is reusable after sterilisation like the brand's other surgical tips.
